Pastor Timothy & Karen Stauffer
The Stauffers began ministering at Mission Church in August of 2001. With a burden to serve the Lord in the inner city, and a vision of the non-typical church setting, they have brought together a socially, culturally, and racially diverse body of believers and a group of volunteers from local congregations. Tim serves as co-Pastor and teacher and clearly enjoys evangelism and community outreach. Karen serves as meal/food coordinator and is a hand of Christ's compassion and mercy in the community.
Tim & Karen coordinate the efforts of the Worship Team. They serve together with the other members of the team leading worship by being lead worshippers. Or said another way, the Worship Team is not "performance oriented." Rather, the individual team members worship the Lord in front of the congregation and invite others to worship with them.

Pastor Michael and Kim Brown
The Browns and their three sons joined Mission Church in January of 2008. They are driven by a love and passion for others and a willingness to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. Michael serves as a co-Pastor and teacher. In addition, Michael runs Heart of the City Bicycles, a ministry empowering inner city people with bicycles. Kim serves as the Sunday School coordinator for the pre-school, and elementary students, coordinates Vacation Bible School, and she is a regular member of the Worship Team. All three boys play their musical instruments with the Worship Team.
